We produce only the finest Beef available today. This comes from years of breeding. Our breeding program ultilizes; Hereford, Angus, & Brangus. This produces a very tasty,quality beef product. We have come up with a very healthy breed to high quality beef that is diease resistant & very hearty. Thus we use no growth stimulants, & no antibiotics. If one of our steers do get sick they are pulled from our All Natural beef program, & placed in the program that sends them to the normal market. We know what we want to eat & expect that you wouldn't consider anything less. Our beef is stress free no rough handling ever. Our beef is not confined in an feedlot environment. Sure they come up to the troughs in the pens to get the fancy feed but they are never confined, they are back out on the green pasture. Sure this takes about 6 months longer to produce a completed steer. But the wait is well worth it.Our supplemental feeds are also organically grown & are herbicide & pesticide free. It cost more but I don't want this residue in our meat & I know you don't either.

WE Typically have any where from 1-6 ready at any given time, & always have 6+ coming.
Reservations are recommended cause we do sell out at some point, but it's never to early or late to be sure yours is coming . We sell sides or whole steers  typically based on the hanging weight on the rail this way your just paying for the meat. Our steers typically cut at  approx. 60-65% of live weight. Most will dress out @ 350-400 #'s  per side. WE will deliver to any local processor for free, You contact them for cuttin requirements & they will contact you when it's ready for pickup. Typically 2-3 weeks . You must make reservations in advance, we can do this for you if you prefer. Call for list.
